It seems like everybody agrees on the fact that we need at least ale available in the guildhal
Now we just have to hope some anet official will see this

I can think of absolutely no reason against implementing this. And that's saying something.

they should defiantly implement either the merchant w/ ale or bartender NPC.
Another possibility is having the bartender be a Collector, that collects guild tokens, which can be aquired by winning a GvG Battle.

Bartender that makes different drinks depending what kind of collector items you give. Putrid Cystas would make lovely afternoon spiked tea.

PPL actually use this stuff??? LOL, I always thought the idea of my screen
getting all warbly was kind of strange, and almost made me throw-up once,
so I stopped doing it, still seems like a very weird thing to do in a game.
Has anybody ever had a gvg match where everyone has to be drunk all the
time ?? might be interesting.
I am all for it tho,

All the guild hall "servants" are lacking. Merchants need more stuff in general.. and ALE should be first thing on that list.
And where is the skill for Warriors "Keg Stand"

You're right about the guild merchants, they sell allmost nothing "interesting"
Maybe Anet could make a beertender for in the guildhall
A beertender
Then we could allways drink our ale on the right temperature

Party in Exile's Guild Hall!
It would definately be more convenient to have ale at the Guild Hall's merchant. How much more convenient, I do not know, but it certainly would be better.

That's more work though, it's an easy fix to just have the merchant carry ale.

But what else would be cool? How about the ability to have an open bar?
Pay 100k and everyone in your GH can get unlimited drinks for free for the next 6 hours!

100k is pretty steep, I'd say closer to 20k.
